Catching up on my inbox I see Sunday’s “webnames.ca”:http://www.webnames.ca/ newsletter pointed out that:
bq. CIRA, registry for Canada’s .ca domain, has published three recent decisions under the CIRA Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (CDRP). Microsoft has lost a dispute over msnsearch.ca, Six Continents Hotels has won a dispute over crownplaza.ca, and Ford Motor Company has won a dispute over fordcanada.ca.
As always, “CIRA”:http://www.cira.ca has posted these decisions on their site:
“Decision on msnsearch.ca (PDF)”:http://www.cira.ca/en/dpr-decisions/00034-msnsearch.ca.pdf
“Decision on crownplaza.ca (PDF)”:http://www.cira.ca/en/dpr-decisions/00035-crownplaza.ca.pdf
