I read Growth Hacker Marketing by Ryan Holiday a while back. It's a great read. The info is a compendium of best practices gathered from around the Net going back a couple of decades. The practices (tactics) are fluid and you can make them your own – you can also pick and choose from a varied and rich slate.I also know when you search hacker marketing there are a dozen or so sites that give even more great ideas and tactics.
The thing I really liked about the book was it was written in a way that even an old Geezer like myself comes away charged.
So, whether you have a robust market to promote your company, site or app … or you are bootstrapping, the tips in this book are well worth going over. I can personally corraborate and endorse some of these as I have used them for dozen's and dozens of clients over the years – yeah they are old chestnuts, but they work. Full stop!
