I’d love to see Jeffrey Gitomer speak on the loyalty front, in particular I am keen to hear about the loyalty formula. Our company is focused on helping companies link community investment and business activities in a measureable way to create a new kind of loyalty. I think this would be great to attend!
As a fairly new member of the sales industry I personally would like to see Julie Morgenstern speak on organization and time management. With so much information being crammed in my head on a regular basis I constantly feel like I am one step behind. I just cannot quite get myself into the position required to capitalize on the opportunities that I feel confident exist, but are simply passing by me as a result of my own lack of preperation. I believe having the opportunity to hear Julie speak her piece would give me new found confidence and direction in my journey towards success.
