I would LOVE to hear David Allen – his ‘Getting Things Done’ is the only productivity book I’ve ever come across that is worth more than the paper it’s printed on.
Jeff Jarvis – buzzmachine.com is one of my go-to blogs!
I would love to hear David Allen speak! I attended one of his day-long seminars years ago, but his presentation was interrupted after only 45 minutues when he suddenly became spectacularly unwell (I’ll spare the details, but the word “projectile” would be an apt descriptor) and passed out mid-sentence. Naturally, the seminar was cancelled, and the cost refunded rather than rescheduled, so I never got the full benefit of his philosophy of productivity.
I have all the books by these speakers. I love Marcus Buckingham and first saw him speak on Oprah where he gave a workshop on focusing on your strengths and not your weaknesses. He’s amazing and I hope to hear him speak live.
I’d be very interested in hearing Jeff Jarvis discuss “Corporate Culture In The Internet Age”. As a marketing project manager who grew up through the ranks using traditional media, the emergence of the internet in the workplace is both fascinating and complex.
I’m very interested to hear Jeff Jarvis speak. Corporate culture and employee engagement is a key component to success today. As more and more customers become savvy about new media, finding new ways to engage those customers in dialogue is both challenging and exciting.
I’m most excited to see David Allen ‘cos I enjoyed his books.
I would love to see David Allen as I enjoy watching videos of him on youtube, very insightful guy.
