Hi Ken, we did it again… another hire to end the week. And this time it was… an HR Manager (Tanja Martinovich).
ThinData has now grown from a team of 18 to 45 since January and we presently have another 10 open positions.
Tanja’s arrival is part of ThinData’s continued commitment to our number one resource, our people.
And it’s part of our committment to keep earning our designation as CNMA Employer of the Year (2002).
Tanja has spent the past decade working in human resources, starting with CIBC in the Operation and Technology Department — where she led the co-op recruitment process for technology students. Tanja also has her HRPAO designation.
She also fits in with the great ThinData spirit of giving back to the community… In her spare time she works with an organization in the winter months that teaches children with physical and mental challenges to ski.
